Carnival PVP Magnet Cards

PLEASE READ: This order form is for all authorized Carnival Cruise Line Consumer Research Department employees to order their magnet business cards. The standard format includes space for your Name, Title, Email and Office Extension. Carnival policy does not allow for any additional information (such as a mobile # or sales tagline). CCL also dictates that "nicknames" or "second names" are not authorized. Please use your full name as it should appear on your cards. Because this is a standard form and format, there are no digital proofs sent. 

Any deviations from the standard format order must be placed through the office of Virtual Enrichment & Communications Coordinator, Luis Arenas (x84227)
